I have been practicing yoga for 13 years and have tried every type of yoga there is (I think). Recently, I have been dedicated to Ashtanga and practice 4-6 days a week. I enjoy so many benefits like increased flexibility, more strength, toning, and improved concentration. Most importantly for me, yoga just seems to melt away my stress (which is a regular feature of my life.) I just cannot be stressed when I am doing doing those poses.
When I am not practicing yoga, I am a natural health writer and holistic practitioner. I also write songs that I sing and play on my guitar, and hang out with my dog Chili.
